A prayer inspired by Psalm 25: Gracious loving God, here I am, placing myself in your presence, where I hope (and know!) that staying here means that I will come to know you and your ways. Here I am. Help me to stay.
Namaste! Amen!
The Readings
Dn 3: 25,34-43
Psalm 25: 4-9
Make me to know your ways, O Lord;
teach me your paths.
Lead me in your truth, and teach me,
for you are the God of my salvation;
for you I wait all day long.
Be mindful of your mercy, O Lord, and of your steadfast love,
for they have been from of old.
Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions;
according to your steadfast love remember me,
for your goodness’ sake, O Lord!
Good and upright are you O Lord;
therefore you instruct sinners in the way.
You lead the humble in what is right,
and teach the humble your way.
Matthew 18:21-35
